		<description>Congrats you guys on the new adventure, what a ride!!  As for the socks......Koigu definately in the dryer (soft felted as Morgan says), Collinnette Jitterbug - BAD in the dryer - they are really hard to get over my heel now, the lower end not hand paints such as Trekking, Opal, etc can all head for the bad laundry room but my handpaints tend to go to the sink and towel......</description>

		<description>I love superwash. Though I even put my koigu socks in the dryer. They get that slightly soft felted fuzzy feeling and soften up just right. Hand knit socks make my feet happy. It is one good thing about cooler weather ... I get to come home and put on a pair. Admiring how they look, even if they do cover up my girly painted toes.</description>
